Discrete progress bars integrated into the Claude.ai prompt footer showing your 5-hour session and 7-day weekly usage caps, with reset times. Local-only, zero telemetry.
Unofficial third-party extension. Not affiliated with Anthropic.
A discrete strip integrated into the bottom of the Claude.ai prompt input box:
Session: 22.8% · resets at 16:43 [████░░░░░░] [████████░░] Weekly: 78.5% · resets lun 05:00
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Session | Rolling 5-hour session utilization (0-100%) + reset hour |
| Weekly | Rolling 7-day weekly utilization (0-100%) + day + reset hour |
These are the only two usage windows Claude.ai exposes. This extension does not synthesize fake “daily” or “monthly” numbers.
The progress bars are color-coded:
The Claude.ai web interface shows usage caps only if you navigate to
Settings → Usage. There are other extensions that surface this
inline, but the popular ones either sync your data through third-party
backends or request more browser permissions than the use case
justifies.
This extension is the minimal alternative:

The extension does not collect, transmit, or share any data with
anyone, including the developer. All persistence is local to the
browser via chrome.storage.local.

If that happens, please open an issue
